After your order is placed, Our system then places you in a cue. Once your turn in the cue is fulfilled, production is then started, which usually takes 2-4 business days. Once the quality test is passed, we begin the shipping process, which takes up to 2-3 weeks.

Our process takes time because every order is made on demand when ordered. Each item through our ATELIER is unique and meticulously handmade. Some items are commissioned-based and require more time. We are also a very small team
